34th Annual Conference
October 6-8. 2020 

Early in 2020, we began working with NAMIC to plan their in-person Diversity Week event. Thanks to our long-time partnership with the Walter Kaitz Foundation, we understood and deeply appreciated NAMIC’s mission and messaging. When it became necessary for the 34th Annual NAMIC Conference to become a virtual event, together we continued to adapt the program to achieve their goals in an online format. 

Our production for their 3 main general sessions included: 

• Live Town Hall featuring four major media executives and a moderator
• Live Startup Pitch Competition, a “Shark Tank”-style event with multiple contestants, judges, and rapid-fire questions
• Annual Awards Ceremony, celebrating NAMIC’s 40th anniversary and honoring exceptional individuals in the industry throughout the organization’s history
